| Shipping InfoThank you for visiting Tatutina! Our normal shipping cost and arrangement is a one flat rate of $6.95 for orders shipping ground service within the continental US. We also offer Express Shipping Next Day for a flat rate of $35. per order and 2nd Day Air for $25. per order. We will call and email you before shipping your express order to confirm all charges. We cannot send an express order outside the continental US. We will email or call you with all available options. Our preferred carrier is Fedex Ground Residential Delivery and we will automatically email you a tracking number once your order has left our building. Please call or email us if you have not received an email notice of shipment within 3 business days of ordering on our website. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for any product that is ordered with personalization. We individually hand paint your name or phrase carefully on our products. We need time for our paint to dry and make sure all is done correctly! We can also ship to a PO Box or if you would like us to ship another method, please email us for additional options and costs. At this time, we do not ship direct to customers outside of the United States or to any international destinations. All of our items are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Rhode Island. Your order should arrive at your destination address within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. We will process your order within 1 business day and will inform you if an item is out of stock and cannot ship within this time frame. If something is out of stock, we will always give you the best information on anticipated delivery dates, or we will let you know of another item that is very similar and will make a good substitute. Please note, we DO NOT include an invoice or any pricing information in your packed order, only a pack list of contents is enclosed with each shipment. For any gift orders, we will enclose a note from the "giver" to the "receiver." Please call or email us if you wish to exchange or return a Tatutina product.
