Are Tatutina products painted with non-toxic paints?
Yes! All of our paints are lead free and non-toxic, as well as all sealers that are applied as a final coating.

What does the name "Tatutina" mean?
It is a term of endearment, or nickname that Barbara Ottmar, the founder of Tatutina, made up years ago while she was living in Italy.

When can I expect my order to ship?
We will ship your order within 2 business days from when we receive your order online. You will receive tracking notice via email the day your order ships via UPS.

Do you have products available in other colors?
No, all products are only available as shown.

What are Tatutina products made of?
All of our wooden items are made of quality MDF, pine, or plywood. Our nylon totes are made of 100% nylon. All of our products are made with the highest quality standards and are certified and tested non-toxic.

Do you have other products in your line that do not appear on this web site? Although we are constantly adding new products to our line of goods, all available product is posted on our site. We will add any new products as soon as available for shipping.

Do you personalize any products?
YES! We hand paint a name on almost any of our products listed. Please use the drop down menu to add our low $5. personalization charge to your item. Upon check-out, you can write the name you would painted on our products. Please allow 4 days to paint and process a personalized order.

Do you include price information with my order?
No we do not! All orders are shipped with a pack list only.
