J  Are Tatutina products painted with non-toxic paints?
Yes! All of our paints are non-toxic, as well as all sealers that are applied as a final coating.

J  What does the name "Tatutina" mean?
It is a term of endearment, or nickname that Barbara Ottmar, the founder of Tatutina, made up years ago while she was living in Italy.

J  When can I expect my order to ship?
We will ship your order the very next business day we receive your order online.

J  Do you have products available in other colors?
No, all products are only available as shown.

J  What are Tatutina products made of?
All of our wooden items are made of MDF, pine, or plywood. Our dog bowls and children's dishes are made of melamine plastic. All of our products have the highest quality standards and are non-toxic.

J  Do you have other products in your line that do not appear on this web site? Although we are constantly adding new products to our line of goods, all available product is posted on our site. We will add any new products as they are available to ship with your order!

J  Do you personalize any products?
We do not personalize at this time. It may be a service that we will add in the future.

J  Do you include price information with my order?
No we do not! All orders are shipped with a pack list only.
